Nancy films an ad for “Sony Ericson”

The famous Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram finished filming a new commercial for the cell phone company “Sony Ericson.” nancy

Filming took place in a night club in the Mono Beirut area.

The commercial is about a guy who is late for his date with his girlfriend and she gets very angry.  In order to make up with his girlfriend he gives her a phone, while Nancy Ajram is singing.

Nancy will be performing part of her song “Wa Ana Been Eydake” (While Being between Your Hands) in the commercial. She will also sing another part of her song “Betfakar Fe Eh” (What Are You Thinking About).

The commercial will be aired by the end of this month, around the same time that a new phone is launched with Nancy’s name on it.

Nancy Ajram’s touch on Valentine’s Day

The famous Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram filmed a music video for her new song “Lamsit Eid” (Hand Touch). nancy

According to the London daily Elaph, Nancy worked with the Lebanese director Laila Kanan for the first time.  Kanan wanted to show Nancy in a new, more mature look, and she had Nancy’s hair cut short to suit the new look.

In the clip Nancy plays the role of a young lady living in an occupied country and working at a night club. She is in love with a young man who is fighting the occupying forces.

The man is played by a German model Danny Lewis.

In the clip Nancy is afraid for her country and for her lover.

The filming took place at various sites in Northern Beirut over two days.

The new video clip will be aired on music satellite channels around Valentine’s Day.

Diana Haddad doesn’t believe Nancy Ajram deserves the “World Music Award”

The Lebanese artist Diana Haddad made said that her Lebanese colleague Nancy Ajram does not deserve the “Music Award” for best Arab artist in 2008. nancy

Diana said that there are better Arab artists that deserve the award, like Lebanese artist Elissa and Iraqi artist Majed Al Muhandis.

“There are artists that worked harder on their albums, compared with Nancy’s,” said Diana, adding, “The standards of the judging committee and how they evaluate the winners is unclear.”
Diana recently celebrated the launching of her new album “Min Diana Ela” (From Diana To) in the Khaliji “Gulf Countries” dialect. She also celebrated the launching of her Lebanese solo single “Ya Aibo” (Shame on Him), for which she finished filming a video clip in Beirut with the Emirati director Nahlah Al Fahed.

Nancy Ajram enters womanhood

The famous Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram seemed different in her appearance on the latest episode of the contest show “The Manager,” aired on Rotana satellite channel. nancy
She appeared more self confident, wearing a dress for a more mature woman. Nancy is now in her 6th month of her pregnancy.

During her appearance Nancy did not make her usual comment when she was asked to do anything she would say “ask Jiji” referring to her manager Jiji Lamarah.


Nancy appeared on the show despite her manager’s opposition, who stated that Nancy does not need to appear on any televised show to increase her fame.
Nancy dared to go against his wishes, and went on the ‘Rotana’ show and agreed appear on the “The Manager” as soon as they called her. It is said that Jiji was outraged with some of the comments that Nancy made behind the scenes.
According to the London daily Elaph, Nancy wanted to prove that she had matured and that she all the rights to make the decisions concerning her music career.
On the other hand, Nancy might have a different outlook on her career since she got married and started her own family.
Many claims that Nancy and Jiji are about to separate, yet others believe that Jiji can adjust to the new changes.
