The Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram makes sure that she watches the long running Turkish Drama series “Sanwat Al Dayaa” (The Lost Years) on a daily bases.
“I am in love with the male character ‘Yehya’ for his good looks and that he knows how to treat his girlfriend ‘Lamis’ romantically. If she is traveling or has a concert scheduled at the same time as the series, Nancy asks her family to tape the episode for her.
Nancy told “Saydati” magazine that she loves the scenes that include ‘Yehya’ and ‘Lamis’ because they are very romantic. The episode that had the greatest effect on her was when the character ‘Rafif’ died, said Nancy.
Nancy added that she thinks ‘Yehya’ has charisma and is very gentle toward ‘Lamis,’ who she thinks is very beautiful.
Nancy also watches the Turkish drama series “Noor,” but not on a daily basis. She said that “Noor” jumps from one story to the next without building on it.
She is also fond of “Muhannad,” the leading male star of “Noor,” but not as much as ‘Yehya.’

A few weeks ago, Nancy Ajram and Wael Kfouri held a successful joint concert at the famous Mazar Intercontinental Resort.
The night kicked off with Nancy in a stunning black dress as she entertained the audience with some of her most famous songs.
The second half of the night was with Weal and his popular songs. He also sang a lot of Mawal, Mijana and Ataba, with which the audience interacted enthusiastically!
It seems the winning combination is that of Nancy and Wael, because this is the second smash hit concert that joins them this summer! maybe they should do this more often and in other countries around the Arab world!

On the 9th of August both Lebanese artists Wael Kfoury and Nancy Ajram hosted a live concert at the Intercontinental Resort in Dubai, which lasted till morning hours.
According to the London daily Elaph, the concert started with Nancy who looked glamorous in a beautiful black dress. She sang a number of her great hits that the audiences memorized by heart rather than singing from her new album “Betfakar Fe Eh” (What Are You Thinking About). There was a great interaction between Nancy and her fans.
The ending section of the concert was for Wael who sang some of his best songs and traditional Lebanese folk songs. The audiences were interacting with him to a point where they asked him to repeat some of the songs. The concert was a successful one, and marks the second cooperation between the two stars for this summer.

A photo of Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram donning a Hijab (the Islamic Headdress) has been circulating on the internet, prompting rumors that the singer has denounced the Christian faith and become a Muslim. Rumors claim Nancy embraced Islam after she was affected by the war between Lebanon and Israel, and the suffering of Lebanese civilians. 
Nancy denies that she has begun wearing a Hijab, claiming the picture of her on the internet donning a Hijab is a fabrication, and has called on the people creating such rumors to stop.

Nancy recently recorded a new patriotic song “Lebnan Ya Habib El Umor” (Lebanon My Only Love) to express her grief over the horror her dear country is experiencing while Israeli forces are killing so many innocent civilians, destroying the core of Lebanon, according to the singer.
The song is being aired on several Lebanese radio stations at least once every half hour.
Nancy had the chance to flee Lebanon the night the air raids began, but chose to stay with her family and her people, canceling all scheduled events around the Arab world.
Before the war began, Ajram was honored at the Cairo Opera House in Egypt at an event hosted by the Egyptian magazine “Akhbar Al Nogoom,” drawing a massive crowd for a spectacular performance.
Nancy was presented with a Golden Record award along with Lebanese singer Wael Jassar and Egyptian singer Mohammad Hamaqi for their great contributions to the music industry.

Famous Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram just finished filming a music video for the first song from her new album with the Lebanese director Saeed Al Marouq. 
According to the London daily Elaph, the new album is scheduled to be released at the end of this month, after a series of delays caused by a conflict between Nancy’s manager Jiji Lamara and Jamal Marwan, owner of ‘Melody’ Production Company. The problem has been resolved between the two parties.
Rumors claim that Nancy was romantically involved with a handsome Lebanese dentist for the past two year and that the two were planning to get married in September.
Nancy denied the rumors, asserting that she wil not even think of getting married until a year from now and was upset over the false claims.
Rumors claim that Nancy’s manager Jiji Lamara did not approve of Nancy getting married at this time, and she postponed the ceremony.
Nancy had a busy summer in Lebanon with major music events in Beirut. Nancy and Lebanese singer Wael Kfoury held a concert on July 19th at the Regency Palace Hotel in Adma.
Nancy looked glamorous in a green and white dress and she sang for two hours a bouquet of her best songs. Lebanese singer Wael Kfoury then appeared and sang until the morning hours.
Other Beirut concerts featured Lebanese artist Najwa Karam at the Casino Due. Nawal Al Zoghbi and Farris Karam held a concert at the Le Royal Hotel and the Lebanese musician Melhim Barakat held a concert at a Beirut Square.

During the press conference which was held in celebration for the launching of her latest album “Betfakar Fe Eh” (What Are You Thinking About) the Lebanese superstar Nancy Ajram put a stop to all the rumors about her marriage to a Lebanese dentist whom she is said to be in love with.
She stressed that what had been said about the two of them was just a rumor and far from the truth, not knowing who started such rumors. Nancy also made clear that once she decides to get married she’ll announce the news herself to let all those who love her know and be happy for her. Nancy says “that getting married is nothing to be ashamed of and is not a matter to be hid. She added that she only heard of her marriage news through the media just like everyone else”.
Nancy also denied that her manager Jiji Lamarah had any influence on her personal decisions, saying that he never interfered in any of her personal business.
As for her latest album, Nancy says that it includes a variety of different music styles like folklore, romantic and classical music which is new for her.
She also pointed out that she’ll start filming a video clip for her new classical song “Wa Ana Been Edeek” (When I’m Between Your Hands) next month with the Lebanese director Saed Al Marouq. At the same time she announced that she is ready to film 10 different songs from her new album into a video clips, because this is the only way to make her music famous.
Nancy noted that the large number of songs in her new album is due to the fact that she couldn’t delay any of the songs to her next album which will be released in stores hopefully within a year. Nancy said that since all the 14songs were ready she had no other choice but to release them.

Various Arabic radio stations have started broadcasting the new song “Bitfakar Fe Eh” (What Are You Thinking About) by the Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram. The new song is written by Amir Taymah, composed by Muhammad Al Nadi and distributed by Tareq Madkoor. 
The new song is from Nancy’s latest album, which has yet to be released in stores.
The new album includes 14 songs and will be released in the next few days.
According to the London daily Elaph, four songs on Nancy’s new album are by the Lebanese composer Samir Sfair. They are “Zaman Kan Indi Alb” (In the Past I Used to Have a Heart), written by Amir Taymah and distributed by Tareq Madkoor, and“Min Ghairi Ana” (Without Me), written by Nizar Francis and also distributed by Tareq MAdkoor. The other two songs are “Li Al Haq” (I have The Right), written by Mustafa Mursi and distributed by Fahed and the fourth song is “Btegi Seeritak” (There is Talk about You), written by the poet Mustafa Kamel and distributed by Tareq Akef.
Songs from the new album are sung in the Khaliji (Gulf) dialect. Nancy turned to the Saudi musician Abed Al Rab Idris for assistance on the song “Khafif Ali” (Take It Easy on Me). The song was written by the famous Khaliji poet Al Naser and distributed by Tareq Akif.

With Nancy’s new album and her new music single which was released recently there has been a lot of talk about her and especially her love life. You may know that currently she is in a relationship with an allegedly handsome dentist and the word on the streets was that she was going to be getting married in September. However, Nancy angrily denied this and asked that nobody announce the date of her wedding before she has even decided it. But she did say that she will be getting married in around a year.
Perhaps more importantly it appears that Nancy’s manager Jiji Lamara is not happy about this arrangement at all. It begs to question did she delay wedding plans because of this disagreement regarding her marriage? Some people feel that if an artist like Nancy gets married then her career will be affected because she will have less time to focus on the quality of her work. Maybe Jiji wants to save his star who brings him so much wealth from destroying her ever so bright career.

An entertainment news weekly magazine revealed that the Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram has postponed the release of her new because of the crisis in Lebanese. 
Nancy also decided to postpone the showing of her new video clip for her song “Risalah Ila Al Alam” (Al Message To the World), because the operetta “Al Damir Al Arabi” (Arab Dignity) is being aired on various satellite channels.
The song “Risalah Ila Al Alam” calls for equality between people and condemns discrimination on the basis of skin color, religion and ethnic origin.
